You can ask us to delete your Errands account and the personal data linked to it. This is free.
Request deletion by email
Email hello@iksf.ng from the address on your account. Use the subject “Delete my Errands account” and tell us the phone number on the account if you can.

We confirm the request, then delete the account and the personal data tied to it, including your profile, contact details, identity documents, photos, addresses, messages, and location history.
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. We keep payment, payout, dispute, and fraud records where the law requires it. Those records are limited to what we must keep.
Resolve any active errand, wallet balance, or open dispute first. If one is open, our team will tell you what must happen before deletion can complete.
If you cannot reach the email address on the account, write to hello@iksf.ng and our team will verify another way.
